Securities Litigation Associate

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for an Associate in the Securities Litigation Group. You will work on high-profile cases for leading technology and life sciences companies, tackling complex securities disputes such as class actions, derivative suits, and merger-related litigation. Your experience will extend to regulatory investigations and internal corporate matters, including representing audit and special committees in internal investigations involving accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, and anti-bribery laws like the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Additionally, you will defend companies and individuals in DOJ and SEC investigations and regulatory proceedings. The firm offers an exceptional platform for associates eager to be at the forefront of litigation, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge cases and high-stakes regulatory matters.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 4 years of relevant experience in securities litigation, regulatory investigations, or related practice areas.
• Experience defending clients in connection with investigations and regulatory actions by the DOJ and SEC.
• Experience with internal investigations, regulatory, and white-collar defense practice.
• Expertise represents audit and special committees in investigations involving accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, or violations of anti-bribery laws like the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
• Active WA BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $300,000 - $430,000
• Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing
• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance
