Associate Attorney 

Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with one of California’s premier trial law firms, known for its dedication to advocacy and its track record of over 40 seven-figure settlements . The firm is seeking a plaintiff-focused Associate Attorney who has experience in personal injury, whether as a practicing attorney or through significant support staff roles. We recognize the value of the entire body of work and experience a candidate brings. The selected attorney will be based in Torrance, CA, working closely under the supervision of 2 senior attorneys while also managing a small, independent caseload.

What To Expect:

• Draft and file complaints, discovery requests/responses, and motions
• Argue motions in court and handle hearings
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with the trial prepartion and strategy
• Communicate with clients regularly and provide case updates
• Supervise and direct support staff
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 - 45 cases

Qualifications:

• 1 - 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, either as an attorney or in a professional support staff position.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CA
• Strong case management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle stress effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000
• Plus an additional attorney fee structure
