Looking for Employees able to work 1:50pm to Close (10:30pm) -
Must Work at least 3 days a week including MONDAY & SATURDAYS -
MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL OF JUNE & JULY

EARLY MORNINGS - DAYS - NIGHTS

(Must be able to work on Saturdays)

Great potential for being promoted into a \ Baker II \ position in as little as 10 -12 weeks as you take ownership of your training with effort to learn and Master the required skills.

Requirements:

• Punctual & Excellent Work Ethic.
• Available to work Weekends & Holidays
• Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Starting wage is is $14.20 per hour plus tips .

• There is great potential for moving up into bigger roles as you take ownership of your training reaching Master levels.
• Advancements are evaluated on your efforts to learn the required tasks for the advanced roles, Baker II, Supervisor, Management

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies (must be 18yo per Oregon Law to mix)
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
