We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented customer service professional to help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Prior experience in food service is a plus. Responsibilities: As our Barista/Cafe Attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The barista will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service.

• Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
• Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
• Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures
• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout the service

Qualifications:

• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
