Job Description: As a Bartender at Johnny Sanchez, you will be the maestro behind the bar, crafting signature cocktails, engaging with guests, and creating an unforgettable experience with every pour. Your creativity, knowledge of spirits, and commitment to excellence will make you an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craftsmanship: Create and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, showcasing the unique flavors of our menu.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, offering recommendations, and sharing your knowledge of our cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Bar Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to deliver a seamless dining experience, from drink orders to table service.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences by suggesting premium spirits, wine pairings, or special drinks.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and minimizing waste.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Innovation: Contribute to the development of new cocktails and drink specials, staying current with industry trends and guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy shifts
• A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service is a plus
