Job Description

Position: Full-Time Bartender / Server

Location: Private Residence – Dallas, Texas

Schedule: Full-Time (Includes weekends and evenings as needed)

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

A private family in Dallas, Texas is seeking a professional, polished, and highly discreet  Bartender / Server to join their household staff. This is a full-time position based at a private estate, with occasional travel and flexibility required for events and family gatherings.

The ideal candidate is experienced in high-end hospitality, understands elevated service, and can move seamlessly between casual family dinners and formal entertaining. A strong background in mixology, wine service, and private dining is essential.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages to the family and guests
• Set and serve formal and informal meals, including multi-course service
• Assist with private events, including setup, service, and breakdown
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
• Provide exceptional service with discretion, professionalism, and warmth
• Work collaboratively with household staff and chef(s)
• Maintain inventory of bar and beverage supplies, with thoughtful restocking
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality at all times
  

• 3+ years of experience as a bartender and/or server in high-end hospitality or private service
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and pairings
• Strong understanding of formal service and etiquette
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a service-first mindset
• Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable to a private home environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
