InfraHire is hiring an Bookkeeper in NY location:


- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and proper double-entry bookkeeping practices.
- Support overall accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax preparation, and fulfillment of government reporting requirements.
- Organize and maintain precise financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to management and team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and provide financial insights.
- Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills in all bookkeeping tasks.
- Preferred: Utilize experience in construction accounting to address industry-specific requirements.
