Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for crafting the perfect cup? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with customers? We’re looking for an experienced barista to bring their skills and energy to our team!
What You’ll Do:
C Prepare High-Quality Beverages – Craft espresso drinks, brew fresh coffee, and create specialty beverages with precision and care.
u Provide Outstanding Customer Service – Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and build relationships with our loyal customers.
p Maintain a Clean & Organized Workspace – Ensure all areas of the coffee bar are tidy, stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.
p Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Setting – Manage multiple orders at once, handle busy rush hours, and keep the workflow smooth.
a Operate & Maintain Equipment – Use espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools properly, and perform routine maintenance.
Handle Cash & Digital Transactions – Process orders through our POS system, manage payments, and provide accurate change.
C Assist with Inventory & Stocking – Keep an eye on supplies, restock ingredients, and communicate any shortages.
What We’re Looking For:
o Previous barista experience (1+ years preferred)
f Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, and brewing techniques
f Excellent communication and teamwork skills
e Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings
e A positive attitude and a love for great coffee!
