Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include: 

  • Provides excellent customer service to all guests, customers, and employees.
  • Secures company funds; follows internal controls related to position.
  • Redeems coins/tokens, cashes checks, and supplies information to guests.
  • Maintains and ensures the proper routing of the department’s paperwork.
  • Balances the window impress total, sell checks and chips, and coins/tokens to the main banker.
  • Maintains communication with all departments, team members, and guests to ensure positive experiences.
  • Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of questionable association.
  • Provides an outlet of sales and redemption of coin and chips for internal and external guests (e.g., general cashier, main bank, fill bank and jackpot/fill window).
  • Maintains a neat, safe, and organized work area.
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong problem solving, mediation, and consulting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest service issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Ability to work with interruptions.
  • Must have ten-key (calculator) skills. - Data entry/computer skills required.
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license :
