Competitive Compensation: Earn between $51 and $71 per hour - a rate that reflects the value of your expertise and compensates you for all your work, including administrative tasks like documentation and care coordination.
Comprehensive Support: We handle scheduling, malpractice insurance, and billing so you can focus on what you do best - providing excellent care. You'll also have access to an Oversight Lead for consultations and assistance from our Operations and Member Support Team.
Flexible Hours: Create a schedule that works for you within our peak hours (2 pm-8 pm), with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week.
Seamless Technology: Utilize our secure browser and intuitive tools designed to integrate seamlessly into your workflow.
Growth Opportunities: Expand your skills and knowledge through various training opportunities, including cultural competency training and specialized training in evidence-based practices like CBT and PMT.
What You'll Do:
Provide evidence-based therapy to children and teens (ages 0-17) and their caregivers, using approaches like CBT and parent management training.
Collaborate with primary care providers, schools, and other key individuals involved in the child's care.
Maintain thorough and ethical clinical documentation.
Complete required training and stay up-to-date with our standards of care, tools, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Need:
A passion for improving children's behavioral health.
Unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD licensure (must be able to work independently).
Availability to provide care within our peak hours (2 pm-8 pm) for a minimum of 6 hours per week.
At least 3 years of experience practicing independently.
Expertise in delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families, including CBT, Parent Management Training, and other relevant practices.
Experience providing 1:1 care via telehealth/video.
