HOODZ of Exton is hiring Commercial Cleaning Technicians (General Labor) to join our growing team based in Chester Springs, PA. We service commercial kitchens across Southeast Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia to Harrisburg, up to Scranton, and down to Newark, Delaware. Whether you're looking to build a new skillset or already have experience in specialized cleaning, we're ready to train the right people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to get to work. Compensation & Benefits: • $22-$25/hr (Depending on Experience) • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (nights/early mornings or daytime shifts available) • Overtime: Available and unlimited • Location: Office in Exton, PA | Jobs within 25–50 mile radius Responsibilities: • Perform deep cleaning of kitchen ventilation systems, including canopy hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans • Travel to various commercial locations to set up and secure safe working conditions • Operate industrial cleaning equipment to eliminate grease and buildup from ventilation components • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout each job • Work comfortably at heights, in tight spaces, and using ladders or access gear as needed • Complete thorough service documentation, including photo evidence and detailed reports • Ensure all work meets internal quality benchmarks and client expectations • For supervisory roles: Manage routine admin responsibilities, mentor crew members, and support operational goals Qualifications: • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites • Ability to meet employment requirements, including passing a background and substance screening • Previous hands-on experience in skilled trades, general labor, or technical service roles is beneficial • Experience with commercial kitchen exhaust systems is an asset, but not mandatory — we provide training • Strong sense of precision and the ability to follow instructions closely • Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Physically fit and able to: Lift up to 50 pounds • Work from ladders and elevated surfaces • Perform tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling • Open to working nighttime or early-morning shifts, depending on client needs • Committed to a full-time work schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) About Company: HOODZ is a trusted leader in commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning, serving restaurants and food service establishments nationwide.
