Job Description

**Description** Company is looking for a Sheet Metal roofer to to help with the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products, systems, and structures. The company handles all aspects of commercial and industrial construction. They do new construction, renovations, remodels, and additions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** -Inspects re-roofing, and related roofing work such as the installation, repair and maintenance of roofing systems while work is in progress and upon completion to determine conformance to specifications; and performs infrared and thermal inspection of roofing systems to determine water infiltration. -Evaluates and determines requirements and roofing material needs for various projects and orders materials for specific projects. -Maintains maintenance and roof system warranty logs and meets with bonding company representatives regarding roofs under warranty. -Work directly under the Madison General Manager and communicate daily on current and upcoming projects -Performs related as required. **Best Candidate:** -2-5 years of experience in field - flats and metal work -Oversee others in commercial or residential industries in the past -Able to use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools -Able to work independently, take directions **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
