Construction Administrative Assistant
Full time, M-F 8a-5p
$18-$22/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Greet visitors and handle incoming correspondence
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and emails
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
* Order office supplies and manage inventory
* Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
* Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
