Job Title: Contract Administrator

Location: Downtown Denver, CO

Industry: Energy

Pay: $60,000 – $90,500 / Annually

Benefits:  This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of an organization in the energy sector. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage agreements, ensure compliance, and support internal teams. They prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative problem-solving to maintain smooth operations.

Job Description:

The Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance, and assisting cross-functional teams throughout the contract lifecycle. This role supports operational and business objectives by maintaining accurate agreements, mitigating risk, and facilitating efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and revise commercial contracts and agreements with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain an organized contract management system, ensuring timely updates, renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Manage contractor compliance and documentation through verification platforms.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams regarding contractual obligations and risk management.
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, procurement, and finance departments on contract execution and management.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and recordkeeping related to contracts.
  • Support projects aimed at process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial contracts.
  • Knowledge of contract structure, negotiation strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with contract management platforms or document intelligence systems.
  • Experience with contractor compliance or verification systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

  • Standard business hours with every other Friday off.
  • 100% in-office.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
