Job Description

System One is assisting a growing and dynamic Tulsa client with a search for a Controller.  This position will have high visibility and will play a vital role in the transformation of the organization.


Responsibilities:  

• Lead the accounting processes on a daily basis providing leadership and oversight
• Manage the monthly close process generating financial and management reports.  Ensure account analysis and reconciliations are completed timely
• Collaborate closely with corporate  to d evelop and implement efficient accounting workflows and team structures as the company grows
• Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy to support future acquisition goals
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance sector
• CPA or MBA qualification preferred
• Strong statutory accounting experience; public accounting experience a plus

Salary:  $125K - $150K
