The Impact You'll Make
The Data Analyst Intern will assist with transforming customer complaints and warranty data into reports that helps on driving business decisions. We are seeking a candidate who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean, transform, and analyze data files using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, Scripts, Macros, and advanced formulas
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track customer complaints, and quality performance indicators
- Research, develop, and explore hidden patterns through analysis of large data sets
- Develop algorithms and predictive models, validate models and measure performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing line & field failures, increasing customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, and Engineering
- Microsoft Power Automate and Office Suite skill
- Proficient in Power BI for visual storytelling and KPIs
- Strong skills in Excel for data modeling and transformation
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
- Experience with machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, or ML platforms)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large datasets and databases
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
