About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Consultant to amplify our company's message, establish ourselves as an expert in the industry, and drive engagement across key digital platforms. This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone who lives and breathes personal development, understands digital marketing, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the world through compelling storytelling.
You’ll work closely with our company leaders and marketing teams to carry out the tasks and generates leads that inspires, and converts—while growing our reach and brand presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage aligned audiences across social media platforms to grow brand presence and attract leads. 
• Use digital marketing strategies and social media content to promote the company’s mission, generate leads, and elevate brand visibility.
• Build authentic relationships with prospects, and collaborators through value-driven content and consistent engagement.
• Stay current with digital trends, platform algorithms, and marketing innovations to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support internal team members or collaborators on content best practices, storytelling, and digital growth strategies.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns and content plans that align with brand goals and drive measurable growth

  What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior management roles and a willingness to learn and grow. 
• Deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and audience psychology
• Passion for personal development, willingness to learn, and mission-driven work
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, job boards etc. 
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
