🏢 About the Role:
Join a professional and mission-driven operations team supporting a statewide child support disbursement program. This position plays a vital role in processing, reviewing, and safeguarding legal and financial documents. You’ll work in a secure, office-based environment where accuracy and confidentiality are key.
What You'll Do:
📄 Receive, scan, and sort incoming child support payments and mail.
🔍 Manually review and enter payment and document information.
💾 Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy of scanned and entered data.
📊 Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to child support customers and stakeholders.
🔒 Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
What We're Looking For:
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent.
✅ At least 1 year of experience in document scanning, payment processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
✅ Must pass a background check and drug screening.
