Our client is a law firm in Manhattan seeking a Document Specialist! This role is an addition to the team, and it's hybrid.
Job Description:
• Prepare, format, and revise a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, discovery materials, correspondence, and reports.
• Ensure all documents meet firm standards for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
• Convert, compare, and redline documents using document management and editing software.
• Maintain version control and proper file organization of legal documents.
• Maintain document templates and ensure consistency across legal practices.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience
• A Bachelors degree is preferred
• Proficient in MS office Product Suite
Based on experience, the compensation range is $75,000 to $100,000 on a base salary.
