We're looking for an experienced, hands-on EHS Manager to lead all aspects of safety, health, and environmental compliance across our manufacturing facilities. This is a critical role that ensures the well-being of our people, protects the environment, and keeps us aligned with all regulatory requirements. This entails 6 buildings and accompanying grounds. Job Details: Lead company-wide EHS programs and compliance initiatives Conduct incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up Coordinate OSHA, EPA, MASS DEP, and other regulatory reporting and inspections Perform safety training, risk assessments, and emergency response planning Manage hazardous/non-hazardous waste and chemical safety compliance Maintain strong presence across the shop floor and facilities Track and report key EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement Manage Workers' Compensation and return-to-work processes Position Requirements: T Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred) CSP/CIH certification is a plus 1--4 years' experience in a manufacturing EHS role Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety regulations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work off-hours as needed
