Key Responsibilities - Arrive punctually and represent Agape Electric with professionalism
- Provide upfront estimates and gain client agreement before beginning work
- Perform residential and commercial installations and repairs according to code
- Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate project changes and adjustments clearly to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and secure payment before leaving the job site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stock and maintain service vehicle tools and materials
- Perform regular equipment checks and report issues to management
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Alaska Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum 4 years of experience in both commercial and residential electrical systems
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical documents
- Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in your work

Schedule - Full-Time: Generally Monday to Friday on site
- Occasional nights and weekends depending on workload
