We are seeking a skilled ETL Tester with hands-on experience in Kafka and Python to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data integrity across systems, and performing end-to-end testing of ETL processes involving streaming and batch data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for ETL workflows and data validation.
• Validate data ingestion, transformation, and loading using tools like Kafka and Python.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Automate testing of data pipelines and maintain test scripts.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across data sources.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in ETL testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming validation.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with SQL for data validation and debugging.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
