This is a fully remote role with flexible hours (a minimum commitment of 15+ hours per week is ideal). This is a performance-based independent contractor role offering flexible, part-time or full-time hours. It is not a salaried position. You earn based on your results.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop your skills to generate your leads through our training
• Engage with qualified candidates and conduct short business interviews
• Utilise various forms of online advertising and social media, extensive marketing training and support given
• Build, coach and mentor your own team, and lead by example
• Participate in our online training sessions for ongoing upskilling and professional development
