Subject line: “Family Law Attorney – I Fight for Families” Responsibilities: Your Mission: • Own a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues • Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength • Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies • Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident • Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay • Hit deadlines. Protect families Qualifications: Who You Are: • A licensed attorney in NC with 2+ years of experience in family law • In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident • Obsessed with results, not excuses • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment • Driven by client satisfaction and professional growth • Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus) • Bilingual (Spanish) is a big bonus About Company: Martine Law is a rapidly growing, fully remote law firm committed to protecting good people during hard times.
