What You'll Do

Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare for court proceedings.

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

Provide expert legal counsel in collaboration with senior associates.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Supervise paralegals and administrative staff as needed.

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed California attorney in good standing with the CA Bar.

Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Clio, and Outlook.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay ($50.00 - $100.00 per hour).

Full-time salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 per year.

401(k) retirement plan.

Paid time off.

Flexible work schedule - choose your own hours (Monday to Friday).

Preferred Experience

3+ years of writing experience.

1+ year of experience in contract law.

Some family law experience preferred (newly CA bar-passed attorneys encouraged to apply).

Work Location

This is a remote position, but preference is given to candidates in California, specifically San Diego, Riverside, or the Bay Area.
