What You'll Do

Represent clients in family law cases, including high-conflict custody disputes and complex asset divisions.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other key legal documents.
Advocate for clients in court proceedings, hearings, trials, and mediations.
Develop strategic case plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout their case.
Stay up-to-date on California family law developments to provide the best possible representation.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to manage caseloads effectively.

What We're Looking For

✅ 8+ years of experience practicing family law in California
✅ Active member of the California State Bar (in good standing)
✅ Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting
✅ Commitment to meeting a 1700 annual billable hour requirement
✅ Passion for guiding clients through difficult legal matters with empathy and professionalism
