The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Money Fellows will be pivotal in driving financial strategy and supporting business objectives through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and budgets while providing actionable insights to senior management.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs for budgeting and long-term financial planning.
Investor Relations:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries, providing relevant financial updates and insights.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Financial Modelling:**
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inputs into financial models and validate assumptions.
Reporting & Controlling:
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in financial reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a FinTech or high-growth environment.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and investor relations .
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, forecasting processes, and delivering detailed financial reporting.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, financial software, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated through actionable insights and strategic inputs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data and insights clearly and convincingly to various audiences.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing financial teams is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements as applicable in the fintech sector.
