What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair gas fireplaces, wood-burning fireplaces, and electric fireplaces in residential settings.
• Perform fireplace cleanings, safety inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot ignition systems, thermopiles, pilot lights, blowers, gas lines, and venting issues.
• Install new fireplaces, inserts, and log sets (as a Fireplace Installer ) when required.
• Clearly communicate findings, safety recommendations, and repair options to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Stay up to date on industry standards, codes, and manufacturer training.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Fireplace Service Technician , Gas Fireplace Technician , or in Gas Appliance Service .
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with gas piping, venting systems, and safety regulations.
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and occasionally on rooftops.
• Must pass a physical, background check, and drug screening.
