Medical Oncologist opportunity in Coastal Southern California

Join a highly successful, well-established not-for-profit multi-specialty group seeking two Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Medical Oncologists to support continued growth. Enjoy practicing in a brand-new ambulatory infusion center with access to state-of-the-art technology, a robust referral network, and the option to teach if desired.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-focused oncology practice in a new, modern ambulatory infusion center
• Excellent internal referral network from a large, reputable multispecialty team
• Choose between a 4-day or 5-day workweek for optimal work-life balance
• Teaching opportunity available, but not required
• Supported by a hospital with a strong infrastructure and resources

Compensation & Practice Details:

• Generous $650,000 income guarantee provided by the hospital
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Full benefits package available
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Opportunity to practice in a highly autonomous yet collegial environment
