Job Description

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Server to join Hotel 1928 and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Take accurate food orders from guests 
Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented 
Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness 
Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure 
Total checks, present to guests and accept payment 
Other duties as assigned 
Education And Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Able to work flexible hours and shifts 
Ability to communicate effectively verbally 
Team player 
Ability to multi-task
