About the Opportunity:

We’re partnering with a top-tier provider in the Aviation Services industry to find a skilled and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) . This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and want to drive real impact. In this role, you'll work closely with both leadership and frontline teams in a blue-collar aviation setting to align HR initiatives with business goals and elevate employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
  • Handle employee relations with a focus on open communication, conflict resolution, and fair complaint handling.
  • Lead investigations into workplace issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment to ensure the team is staffed with top talent.
  • Support workforce planning, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
  • Drive the performance management process and support improvement planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Champion a culture that reflects the company’s values and fosters high employee morale.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or HR certification a plus).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years as a business partner—ideally in aviation or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required , with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both.
