Managing contracts, ability to identify & extract contractual terms, and experience with independently drafting, analyzing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, amendments and other related contractual documents through execution in compliance with company policies and processes and within parameters required for internal and external deadlines, including but not limited to customer contracts, vendor contracts for services and supplies, master supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, and real estate documents, such as leases, amendments, license agreements, termination agreements, estoppels, non-disturbance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consents and notices. Maintain records of communications and documents in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
