Position Overview

As a Remote Client Representative, you will connect with clients virtually via Zoom to provide exceptional service, offer personalized solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of families, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients virtually to assess needs, explain policies, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Ongoing Customer Service: Answer questions, assist with policy changes, and support claims processing.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster trust with clients and maintain relationships to ensure policies evolve with their needs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Suggested Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for virtual consultations and documentation.
• Strong work ethic and passion for helping others.
• Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality to build client relationships.
• Effective time management to handle a remote workload efficiently.
• Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
