Who We’re Looking For
You’ll excel in this role if you:
Have previous experience in reception, client service, or administrative work (legal industry experience is not required, it's a bonus).
Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a client-focused attitude.
Are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Clio or Lawmatics is a plus).
Are reliable, professional, and capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
