IT Project Coordinator (W2 Position)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description :

Need 10+ Years exp as IT Project Coordinator
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project workbooks and VM sizing specifications, to support customer cloud environments.
Guide customers through prerequisites (authentication, security, cloud specifications, and contract validation) and manage smooth handoff to Project Managers.
Support customer migrations from on-premises to cloud (including FEDRAMP), ensuring compliance, minimal disruption, and clear communication.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, aligning requirements and expectations.
Implement PMO workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of customer engagements.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to new employees and contribute to long-term organizational process improvements.
