About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing HR team in Midtown Manhattan. This is an onsite role offering exceptional exposure to the full spectrum of HR processes and close collaboration with business leaders across global teams. The role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute strategically, and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support across the employee lifecycle, including transfers, departures, performance reviews, talent planning, and year-end compensation
  • Partner with HR leadership to create and prepare decks for meetings with business leaders
  • Collaborate on employee relations matters and assist with documentation and follow-up
  • Handle administrative processes tied to global and domestic internal transfers
  • Work closely with Recruiting and HR Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination of hiring and onboarding processes
  • Analyze and interpret HR data using Excel and develop strategic insights to support HR decision-making
  • Use PowerPoint to build presentations that convey HR findings and proposals
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend more efficient solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of HR experience —ideally including experience in performance management, talent planning, and compensation
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation creation)
  • Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan 5 days a week
