Position Overview:
We are seeking two Journeyman Management Analysts to support inventory management and logistical operations in a dynamic federal law enforcement environment. These positions will play a critical role in maintaining accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Property (GFP), coordinating with ICE Field Offices, and ensuring compliance with federal asset management protocols.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update asset inventories in the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS)
• Support audits, transfers, shipping/receiving, and warehouse functions
• Assist with field inventory corrections and equipment disposition
• Generate reports and support SOP validation and updates
• Provide responsive user support and training on inventory processes
• Coordinate with Program Managers on system improvements and briefings

 

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR – 4 additional years of relevant logistics/inventory experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or asset management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with SAMS or equivalent enterprise asset management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with law enforcement environments is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Previous DHS experience
