We’re hiring Junior Marketing & Fundraising Assistants to join our fast-growing outreach team supporting local and national nonprofit organizations . As a Junior Marketing & Fundraising Assistant , you’ll represent nonprofit partners at live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns . You’ll connect directly with the public to share important causes, inspire action, and help generate vital support.
Represent nonprofit campaigns at events, booths, and outreach locations
Engage the public through in-person conversations and meaningful storytelling
Share campaign messaging, encourage donations , and answer questions
Assist in event setup, logistics, and promotional material distribution
Record and track donor interactions and campaign feedback
Work closely with team members to optimize engagement strategies
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen communication and fundraising skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for nonprofits, social causes, or community outreach
Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to connect and inspire
Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Flexible availability, including weekends and event-based shifts
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
