Pride Health is hiring a LCSW to support our client’s medical facility in Greenbrae, CA . This is a 13-week assignment (with the Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great opportunity to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Behavioral Health

Location: Greenbrae, CA 94904

Shift: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

No weekends or on-call required

Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Job Summary:

Provide therapeutic services in a hospital-based outpatient behavioral health setting, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on skill-building and emotional wellness for diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct clinical care to individuals enrolled in IOP/PHP programs.
• Facilitate therapy and psychoeducational skills groups in accordance with program protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to support patient stabilization and discharge planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term solution-focused therapy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered approach.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient behavioral health, IOP/PHP, or residential treatment settings.
• Group therapy/skills group facilitation experience required.
• Proficiency in the Epic EMR system.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
