Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Arizona

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with vital community resources and services

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of Arizona (required).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
