About Us; Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South Tampa, FL is part of a multi-unit spa franchise with 4 locations in the Tampa Bay area. Between our 4 locations we have almost 7000 members and are continuing to grow. Our first location opened 10 years ago in Brandon and happy to share we have several employees that have been with us since day 1. Job Responsibilities: - Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Job Requirements: - Active FL massage license, in good standing
- Carry massage liability insurance.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
