Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Perform professional-grade data terminations (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber) including patch panels, keystone jacks, and field connectors + Work independently in IDFs and MDFs, reading and interpreting cable layouts and documentation + Route, label, and test cables according to industry standards (TIA/EIA) + Use tools such as cable testers, toners, punch-down tools, and fiber splicing tools if required + Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring quality and attention to detail **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in structured cabling and data terminations + Proven ability to work effectively inside IDF environments with minimal supervision + Solid understanding of cabling standards and best practices + Familiarity with labeling, documentation, and cable certification processes + Must have basic hand tools, specialized tools a plus + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation + OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed) TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
