Shift: Evenings – 8 Hours (Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join a high-performing hospital laboratory team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in diagnostic testing and quality assurance within an acute care setting .
This role involves performing a wide range of laboratory analyses and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support patient care decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments following safety and quality standards.
Validate and analyze test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Follow established laboratory protocols, safety regulations, and accreditation standards.
Participate in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all procedures and test outcomes.
Certification: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an acute care or hospital setting .
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Shift: Evening, 8-hour shifts
Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Time: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 24
