MEP Project Manager Position in Humble, TX

We are currently looking for MEP Project Manager to complete our team. He/She will be responsible for the preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems. This is full time job with awesome salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Develops a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents.
• Leads supervise and develop all MEP staff, including providing input on or completing performance appraisals.
• Acts as primary liaison in developing and maintaining relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives.
• Manage the overall MEP preconstruction and procurement, budget, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out process, and all activities of Engineer-MEP group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years’ experience with design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of M&E systems or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Able to identify design features that command cost premiums and recommend alternatives that deliver comparable or improved function.
• Ability to present technical material. LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong oral & written communication skills required. Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
