Responsibilities: · Connect with potential borrowers through phone and email, respond to inquiries, and generate interest in our mortgage products.
· Analyze financial and credit data to understand customer financing objectives, offering tailored solutions.
· Guide customers through the mortgage process, explaining product/pricing policies and guidelines.
· Maintain a strong understanding of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Uphold ethical standards and adhere to compliance policies and regulations.
· Obtain a TX Mortgage Loan Origination License within 30 days of employment.
