Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG). This fully remote, 100% commission-based opportunity is ideal for originators who are currently self-generating or actively building a referral pipeline. At PRMG, we provide the tools, technology, product depth, and fast underwriting you need, while giving you the freedom to run your business your way. Responsibilities:

• Originate residential loans across a wide variety of programs
• Generate your own career through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts
• Guide borrowers through the loan process, providing expert advice and support
• Maintain relationships with clients, agents, and real estate professionals
• Ensure files meet compliance and investor guidelines
• Communicate with processors and underwriters to close loans efficiently

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in mortgage origination
• Proven ability to self-generate business or maintain referral partners
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans
• Proficiency in LOS systems (Encompass) preferred
• Clear communication, time management, and customer service skills
