Front Desk Agent
We are currently looking to add to our Front Desk Team at The Best Western Hoover Dam Hotel in Boulder City, NV.
General Requirements:
- Greet and provide exceptional service to our guests at all times.
- Check guests in and out.
- Answer inquiries from guests regarding local restaurants, transportation, entertainment, hotel services, facilities and hours of operations.
- Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
- Be able to preform in other departments, if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work setting:
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
