Summary

Do you love babies!? We are looking for someone to join our infant team.
We are currently looking for teachers who have experience working in the child care setting, however we would consider someone looking to change careers and begin their early childhood education career!
Experience with responsive caregiving is a plus.

Common Ground has been providing quality care and education in Reston for over 50 years.

Common Ground believes in fair wages! The position starts at $17 per hour and goes up to $25 based on education and experience.

The shift is a closing shift from 2pm to 6pm daily

Duties

Care and education of children ages 6 weeks to 18 months in our infant program.
This position will serve the infant room which requires the ability to be a member of a team who is focused on individualized care.
Our center practices responsive caregiving.

Hours for this position will be 2pm to 6pm.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an infant classroom and in a child care center.
Familiar with the CLASS tool.
