Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistent progress
Work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure whole-child care
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current (or pending) California SLP license – CFs encouraged to apply
Clear communicator with a heart for children and a collaborative mindset
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience with EHR systems is a plus
Bonus Points For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
Previous work with children with developmental delays or special needs
Interest in leadership, supervision, or mentorship roles
