Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Ortho

Location: 4435 Eastgate Mall La Jolla, CA 92121

Competitive Pay: Starting at 30/hr (depending on experience) + Full Benefits + $9,750 annual bonus incentives

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in La Jolla. We welcome new grads and experienced PTAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Your Role:

• Provide hands-on physical therapy in an outpatient setting
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the team
• Build relationships with patients and the local community
• Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation and reporting

Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
• Spanish speaking (preferred)
